It's easy. Electro Harmonix don't want to baffle you with a hundred sets of controls, so they've made it simple and given you just three dials and a switch.
Using all these you can create any type of stereo tremolo you can imagine! From pure vintage to tones never heard before. Spending hours dialling in all manner of tremolo types has never been more fun.
Connected as a mono pedal, the Electro Harmonix Stereo Pulsar is exactly the same as the original Electro Harmonix Pulsar: a tremolo pedal that allows significant control over the shape of modulating waveform.
However, when you hook up the Stereo Pulsar in stereo, you have a panner pedal that will send your instrument back and forth between two amps with the same control over waveform shape. This, quite simply, sounds incredible and is an effect everyone should try, but the Stereo Pulsar makes it easy to access these lush panned tones.
